Freelance Proofreader Required

Retail Active the leading Mystery Shopping and Brand Audit Company is looking for experienced freelance proofreaders to join their quality assurance team.

The role requires you to liaise closely with our mystery shoppers to resolve any queries identified in a timely and accurate manner. Working with the head office team there will be a requirement to seek further information and possibly make a final edit to reports where appropriate to do so.

It is critical that you have an excellent understanding of the English language and meticulous attention to detail.

The key responsibilities enjoyed by our freelance proofreaders include:

• Diligently proofreading mystery shopper reports and evidencing their visit.
• Contact with shopper to resolve proofreading issues.
• Amending report as required in accordance with our ethics policy.
• Feeding back key information to our Operations team in order to avoid the recurrence of any identified issues.
