Retail Active the leading British Mystery Shopping and Brand Audit Company is looking for experienced UK based freelanced proofreaders to join our highly regarded quality assurance team.
As one of our valued proofreaders you will liaise closely with us to resolve any identified queries in an accurate and timely manner. You will report to our quality assurance team leader and work with our head office team to seek further information and possibly make a final edit to reports where appropriate to do so.
It is essential that you have an excellent understanding of the English language and meticulous attention to detail. In addition, you should be available to work a minimum of 12-16 hours per week.
They key responsibilities of our freelance proofreaders include:
- Amending secret shopper reports as required in accordance with our ethics policy
- Liaise with our quality assurance team leader to resolve proofreading issues
- Diligently proofreading mystery shopper reports and evidencing their visit
- Feeding back key information to our Operations team in order to avoid the recurrence of any identified issues
