It helps if you have had previous experience as an assessor or mystery shopper, but it's not essential. You will need to be honest, reliable and keen to help us make a real and meaningful difference to our client's business interests.
The key competencies you need are accuracy, empathy, outstanding communication skills and a keen eye for detail. Retail Active works with many of the globes best known brands and you will need to be able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
